The TFT display is now retrofit part. you can order it just for 1400e plus 3pcs clips 5euro. and whoa la you have it. NOTE it will only work with GS and GSA with X6ABA wiring system.

For those of us with an earlier WC boxer that want a color TFT display similar to the later bikes with a factory TFT. Looks pretty nice but it's not cheap! Still cheaper than upgrading to a newer GS if your biggest reason is to get that nice fancy display.
To be honest, using the TFT and wonder wheel to navigate music is ok, but seems clumsy compared to using the voice commands on the Cardo. I can make phone calls via voice commands with Google. I think pairing the phone and Nav to the Cardo is the easiest solution, and keeps you from playing with the menus and wheel when riding.
